INDIGENOUS PEOPLES POLICY
Inline Group prides itself on operating with the utmost integrity, responsibility, and dependability—not only to our clients, team members and industry, but also to the Indigenous communities with whom we interact. We are committed to establishing and growing mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous Peoples in Canada, while recognizing and respecting their inherent right to the land and resources.
While our organization has an obligation to all communities, we have a specific accountability to the needs, expectations, and concerns of Indigenous Peoples. As a company that does work in various industries, Inline recognizes our responsibility to First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples who are affected by our business. Our goal is to assist with the development of prosperous, growing, safe and healthy communities.
Inline is a dedicated team that is committed to transparent and sincere engagement with Indigenous Peoples. We consult on projects that could potentially affect their communities, while also taking great strides to proudly offer employment, training, leadership, and ongoing work experience opportunities to Indigenous Peoples.

ENOCH CREE NATION – Inline Group bids on work throughout Treaty Six Territory, so in 2018, we established a Joint Venture with the Enoch Cree Nation to create mutual economic development. This partnership has allowed us to work successfully on many projects together, most notably, the Trans Mountain Pipeline. Whenever available, Inline hires individuals from the Enoch Cree Nation, and we also provide scholarships to schools within their community. This ongoing collaboration is extremely important to create transparency, stronger relationships and to achieve our common goals.
“We have been partnered with Inline since 2018 and have seen great value in our collaboration. They have executed on all aspects of our partnership. We are proud to have them as a partner.”
