INDIGENOUS PEOPLES POLICY
Inline Group prides itself on operating with the utmost integrity, responsibility and dependability—not only to our clients, team members and industry, but also to the Indigenous communities we interact with. Our successes are measured through our commitment to establishing and growing mutually beneficial relationships with Canada’s Indigenous people, recognizing and respecting their inherent right to the land and resources.
“I see the positives of a young and energetic company: a dynamic and innovative approach to business development, management encourages team participation in client relationships and a total commitment to ensuring client satisfaction fosters a positive attitude that builds confidence within the team.”
Paul Smith – Technician Supervisor
While our organization has an obligation to all communities, we have a specific responsibility of appointment to account for the needs, expectations and concerns of our Indigenous peoples. Inline recognizes our responsibility to First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples whose communities are affected by industry business. Our goal is to assist with the development of prosperous, growing, safe and healthy communities for Indigenous peoples.
Inline is committed to transparent and sincere engagement with Indigenous peoples. We consult on projects that could potentially affect Indigenous people and their communities, while also taking great strides to offer employment, training, leadership and ongoing work experience opportunities to Indigenous people.
